Project description

This project envisions a multi-unit residential building with a dynamic mixed-use podium comprising the first five floors. The -1 level houses commercial spaces, followed by two levels of parking. Above the parking are two additional commercial floors, and the top level of the podium includes both a landscaped courtyard and more commercial areas.

The upper floors consist of residential apartments, with typical floor layouts throughout, except for the top residential level, which features a distinct design. The architectural identity of the building is defined by its fully glazed podium façade, made of reflective glass, giving the structure a sleek and contemporary appearance that integrates well into the urban environment.
