Project description

Located at 10 Gazaphkhuli Street in Tbilisi, this multifunctional building is situated on a sloped terrain, allowing it to rise prominently above the landscape and establish a strong visual identity.

The architectural composition is defined by clean vertical lines, alternating façade materials, and bold cantilevered volumes that create a dynamic and contemporary silhouette. The exterior is clad in fiber concrete panels and composite wood textures, balanced with high-quality aluminum-framed glazing and transparent glass railings. Rounded corners and linear black detailing give the building a refined, modern rhythm.

Functionally, the structure integrates commercial, residential, and parking spaces. The lower levels accommodate retail and parking, while the upper floors host spacious residential units with expansive balconies and panoramic city views. The design seamlessly adapts to the site's natural slope, using it to enhance both visibility and spatial organization.
